How does Equipper save me time?
Search equipment and suppliers in one place first. If the right machine is not listed, send the requirement once as an Equipment Request so relevant suppliers can respond without you repeating the same details business by business.
Is Equipper free for customers?
Yes. Customers can search equipment, save listings, send Equipment Requests and message suppliers without paying Equipper a fee.
How do customers arrange equipment hire?
Customers enquire through Equipper, then confirm availability, pricing, delivery, payment and hire terms directly with the supplier.
What if the equipment I need is not listed?
Send one Equipment Request with the machine, location, timing and job details. Relevant suppliers can review it and respond when the work fits.
What does it cost to list equipment?
Suppliers can create a business profile and list up to three live machines on Supplier Free. Supplier Pro is $99 per month and Fleet is $249 per month, including GST. Paid billing is not active yet and will never start without clear consent.
What do Founding Suppliers receive?
Approved Founding Suppliers receive Supplier Pro free for 12 months, unlimited machine listings during the Founding period and first look at relevant Equipment Requests. After the free year, they can choose Supplier Free, keep Pro for $69.30 per month including GST or leave.
Does Equipper take commission from a hire?
No. Equipper does not take a booking commission. The customer and supplier agree the quote, payment, bond, delivery and hire contract directly.
Can suppliers list equipment now?
Yes. Create one Equipper account, add the essential business details and publish the first machine. That same account can also search for equipment and send requests.
Can Equipper check ABNs?
Supplier profiles can use Australian Business Register information to help match an ABN with publicly available business details. An ABN result is not an endorsement or guarantee by Equipper.
Does Equipper own the equipment?
No. Equipper helps customers connect with independent equipment suppliers and hire businesses.

Anyone who needs equipment or has equipment to put to work, including homeowners, DIYers, landscapers, tradies, builders, civil contractors, owner-operators and hire companies.
